Use as intended
Place the tray on a stable, level surface and distribute lightweight objects evenly. Do not stand, sit, climb, or place excessive weight on it. Handles and decorative edges should not be assumed load-bearing unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Protect the finish
Keep the tray away from open flames, direct heat, prolonged sunlight, standing water, and harsh chemicals. Use coasters or protective liners beneath items that may be hot, wet, oily, abrasive, or prone to staining.
Material-appropriate cleaning
Follow the product-page instructions. In general, dust with a soft dry cloth and use only a lightly damp cloth when the material permits. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, abrasive pads, and chemical cleaners unless expressly approved for that product.

Product concerns and remedies
Report a suspected manufacturing defect with proof of purchase and clear photos.
