Order preparation

Most paid orders are prepared within one to three business days. Product availability, payment review, protective packing, peak demand, or public holidays may require additional time.

Shipping rates

For supported destinations, Fast shipping costs $5.99 USD for eligible order subtotals from $0.00 through $44.99 USD. Free shipping applies to eligible subtotals of $45.00 USD or more. Checkout displays the controlling method for the selected destination.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, local disruptions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Protective packaging and tracking

Decorative trays may include finishes or edges that require protective packaging. Tracking is supplied when available. Customers should verify delivery information at checkout and keep packaging until the item has been inspected.

International fees

The destination may impose duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees. Unless checkout expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for these costs.

Delivery concerns

For a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect parcel, contact us promptly with the order number, tracking record, and clear photos of the outer package, internal protection, and product. We will review the evidence and determine an appropriate next step.
