Protected materials

The Norqavie name, original product imagery, styling arrangements, written content, graphics, layouts, and other site materials are protected by intellectual-property rights or used with authorization.

Personal-use permission

Visitors may view and print reasonable excerpts solely for personal, non-commercial shopping. No ownership interest or broader commercial license is granted.

Restrictions

Without written authorization, users may not commercially reproduce, republish, sell, remove ownership notices from, deceptively imitate, or systematically extract protected content. Automated activity must not burden or disrupt the service.

Rights concerns

A rights holder may submit a good-faith notice identifying the protected work, the material at issue, the relevant page, and the basis of the claim. Verification may be requested before action is taken.
